Vitality & mindfulness are PRACTICES …

 

This means they come and grow with practicing. To know about the simplicity of vital and mindful living does not yet mean we have “embodied” this way of connecting to reality.

 

To know and not to do, is not yet to know.

 

Therefore: use reminders !

Simple ones.

Like this one.

 

OR

  • set a reminder on your phone

  • anchor practicing to a sight or a smell

  • take a mindful moment every time you open your computer, drink water, walk a corridor etc

  • make it fun to find your true reminders!

  

May you practice with ease.
